Hi All,
I am getting below error while installing SQL Server in one of our environment. Error is same for SQL 2012, 2016 & 2017 version.
Below error is generating after providing Service account details in the configuration page.
"current thread must be set to single thread apartment (sta) mode before ole calls can be made."
"Access is denied"
However, installation proceeds with default account but not with service account and log on account can be changed post installation. I am not able to proceed with cluster installation page as service account is mandatory to proceed with install.
Please help if you have any information.
